Cattle truck crashes, closing down section of I-15

A stretch of southbound Interstate 15 was shut down into early Monday afternoon after a cattle truck crashed near Riverdale. The Utah Highway Patrol did not report any injuries to the driver of the truck from the 10 a.m. crash on the ramp from I-15 to Interstate 84, near mile post 341. Troopers did not immediately say whether the truck was hauling livestock at the time of the crash, or if so, if any of the animals were injured. The scene was closed down for more than two hours as crews worked to clear the wreckage.
