Albemarle Co. Police Investigate Fatal Crash on Rt. 231

A young boy that was riding in the Nissan died at the scene of the accident. According to investigators, the driver and a passenger of the Nissan were flown to the University of Virginia Medical Center with critical injuries. The fourth person in the Nissan was taken by ambulance, and also suffered critical injuries. The driver of the Expedition was transported by ambulance to the UVA Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Albemarle Co. Police: 2nd Child Dies following Rt. 231 Crash

A nine-year-old of Fairfax County passed away Tuesday at the University of Virginia Medical Center. His brother, a 10-year-old, died at the scene of the crash on Monday.

Two Northern Virginia boys killed in Albemarle County car crash

Quincy Holmes, 10, and his brother, Desmond, 9, were students at Cardinal Ridge Elementary in Centreville and were slated to start fifth grade and fourth grade at the school at the end of August.
