Community Mourns Local 'Running Man' Killed in Albemarle Co. Crash

Philip Weber was well known in Charlottesville for his avid-running habit. In his lifetime, Weber ran more than 125,000 miles, which is equal to about five trips around the world. Many people in the community would recognize Weber by how much he ran and how little he wore. Running Man almost always sported short shorts and unique facial hair.
