York single-vehicle accident leaves one dead
Tobar sustained major injuries and was taken to Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, then to Riverside Hospital in Newport News where he died.
A 17-year-old boy died in a car accident on I-64 in York County. Carlos Tobar, was heading west on I-64 when he exited off on the Camp Perry ramp at high speed, ran off the road and collided with some trees. According to state police, Tobar was transported to Riverside Hospital in Newport News where he died.
