Investigators believe Frank L. Turner, of the 15000 block of New Town Haven Lane in Carrollton, was driving northbound when his 2004 Chevy Impala ran off the road and struck a tree, Anaya said.

Frank L. Turner was driving north on Route 117 at about 10 p.m. when he lost control of his vehicle and it left the road, hitting a tree. He was killed in the crash.
