Police identify Norfolk crash victims
Police have identified the victims as 24-year-old Anthony L. Davenport of South Main Streetr and 39-year-old Latrish D. Harris of Ruffin Street.

Just before 4 a.m., an SUV was headed south on the 6200 block of Sewells Point Road in Norfolk when it ran off the road, striking a Dominion Virginia Power pole. A man was pronounced dead at the scene. Two women were brought to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where one of them died and the other remains in serious condition.
