Woman killed, two others seriouly injured in overnight crash in Portsmouth
Three passengers in the rear seat were ejected in the crash. 23-year-old Crystal Floydd of Portsmouth was pronounced dead at the scene. The other passengers were taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with what were described as "major" injuries.
The driver of the car was identified by police as 23-year-old Andrew Wayne Lovell. He's been charged with DUI and felony involuntary manslaughter.

Lovell is still in jail. He will have a court appearance Tuesday morning.
