Woman airlifted to hospital following fatal crash
The accident involved a head-on collision between a Hyundai Accent and a Honda Accord.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene. No word on the identity of the victim at this time.
Second victim dies from Monday crash
Tracey A. Bender, 44, died Thursday. She had been in critical condition at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Her daughter, Kristin Bender, 22, died at the scene of Monday’s accident, which took place at 5:46 p.m. in the 2700 block of Nansemond Parkway.
