Man charged after police chase ends in crash in Va. Beach
State Police say troopers tried to pull over a driver for going 67 mph in a 60-mph zone on Interstate 64 eastbound in Chesapeake around 12:45 a.m.
The driver, Donte Marqui Chesson, took off and then tried to exit onto Indian River Road. Troopers followed closely behind the car, and watched as the driver wrecked the vehicle on the exit ramp.
