Henrico Police have identified the man killed in a crash on Laburnum Avenue on Tuesday.

At around 6:35 Tuesday evening, James Williams, 64, was southbound on Laburnum Avenue between Creighton Road and Nine Mile Road when he lost control of his vehicle and hit a tree. He was brought to VCU Medical Center, where he later died.
