Police ID wrong-way driver killed on I-64
"The crash involved two vehicles one of which was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes and struck another vehicle head-on," Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Steve Vick said. "The wrong-way driver is deceased, the driver of the second vehicle was taken to VCU Medical Center with serious injuries."

James C. Pavlikowski, 25, was driving a 2002 Chrysler Sebring east on the westbound when his car and a 2003 Ford Windstar van collided head-on. The crashed happened at 11:45 p.m. Monday near mile marker 219.
