“A 1998 GMC was traveling south on I-95 when it ran off the road to the left, went into the center median, struck the guardrail, continuing into the northbound lanes of I-95 where it was struck on the passenger side by a 2000 Toyota Tundra,” Virginia State Police spokesman Sgt. Steve Vick said.

Vick said 19-year-old Isaiah B. Aronoff of Silver Spring, Maryland, was ejected from the GMC and died at the scene.
