Driver who triggered Church Hill crash shoots, wounds himself after officers arrive
Richmond police are investigating an incident in which a man who crashed into vehicles in Church Hill, injuring a man, inexplicably shot himself after officers arrived on the scene. The incident unfolded about 2 p.m. after police were called to investigate a multi-vehicle wreck in the 700 block of North 32nd Street, said Richmond police Capt. Greer Gould.
