“The RPD Crash Team has determined that the crash, which occurred at 4:48 p.m., Tuesday, May 10, at the intersection of 18th and Coulter Streets, was triggered when Maultsby’s vehicle entered the intersection and collided with another vehicle,” Richmond police spokesman Gene Lepley said “Maultsby’s vehicle was travelling west on Coulter Street at the time. The other vehicle was travelling north on 18th Street.”
