14-Year-Old Fairfield Boy Killed After Car Runs Off Road in Virginia

A 14-year-old boy riding along a Virginia highway with his family was killed after the car ran off the road, police said. Joseph E. Kulaga, 14, of Fairfield died at the scene of the fatal crash, King George County police said. The teen's father, Mark E. Kulaga, and three other passengers sustained non-life threatening injuries. The crash is being investigated but police believe fatigue may be a factor. Police said all passengers had on seat belts.
