SUV Bursts Into Flames in Front of Silver Diner in Virginia

The SUV appeared to have been driven onto the sidewalk. It caught fire right in front of the entrance to the restaurant.

Four people, including the driver of the SUV, were taken to a hospital. They all were expected to recover.

According to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, Andrew Sheren, 74, of McLean died yesterday from complications resulting from injuries he sustained in the crash. Mr. Sheren was struck while walking into the Silver Diner.
