Crash slows I-5 south traffic

At 2:46 p.m. a 19-year-old woman driving a silver Kia Rio was attempting to change lanes from the far left lane to the right lane while a semi truck was trying to change from the right lane to the middle lane, said Trooper Will Finn, spokesman with the Washington State Patrol. She saw the semi, over-corrected and hit the concrete barrier separating the south and northbound lanes. The Kia rolled over, coming to rest on all four wheels facing west in the left and middle lanes, Finn said. The woman was transported to an area hospital for minor injuries.
