The track was closed after the collision. The track's website said it would be closed Sunday, March 8. Deputies said no charges will be filed.

The Cowlitz County sheriff's office says in a news release that the Riverdale Raceway had been temporarily closed at the time of the collision so that crews could water down the tracks.

A 17-year-old boy was killed and a 14-year-old boy injured when they crashed their motorcycles into a water truck at a track near Toutle, Wash. on Saturday. Dylan Bunnell, 17, of Mulino, Oregon and Anthony Hamilton, 14, were riding on the Riverdale Raceway motocross track when they went off a jump and crashed into a water truck head-on, landing on the grille and hood. The raceway was temporarily closed at the time of the collision while crews watered down the tracks, but he boys were unaware of the closure.What money damages are recoverable in a death claim? I also almost lost my life, when a young rider made an random exit off the small track and we meet with brutal force, I drive myself to the hospital do to the lack of concern from officials Broken shoulder also catscan for internal bleeding.
This happen at 12.45 the same day. I am a veteran rider at the age of 57, Riders were arriving at all day to ride, NO RIDERS MEETINGS, Flag workers in plane clothes , Not even safety vests, Spectators threw out the track, Enter and exits as a free for all,No run groups, Sure thats a lot of fun , But all riders need to Know the rules of the owners policy.
