A Yacolt woman was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries after a crash early this morning north of Moulton Falls Park.

Firefighters extricated her from the vehicle, and seh was taken ti PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center with serious, but not life-threatening injuries. She was the only occupant of the vehicle.
