Seattle police are searching for dump truck that allegedly struck bicyclist and left him in critical condition this morning.
The hit-and-run accident happened around 8:30 a.m. at the Interstate 5 onramp at Yale Avenue and Howell Street. The victim, a 49-year-old man, was taken to Harborview Medical Center, according to police.
