Mason County sheriff's deputy killed in motorcycle crash

Mason County sheriff's officials said she was driving to work when the crash happened. The motorcyclist, later identified as Mason County Jail Deputy Sheriff Rachael B. Stuhlmiller, 25, was found dead at the scene. She had previously served in the U.S. military before being hired by the Sheriff'€™s Office. A Mason County Sheriff's Office spokesperson said Stuhlmiller was one of the newest jail deputies and was just sworn in on May 1 in front of her family, friends and co-workers.
