Troopers say a black 1999 Toyota Camry was driving away from a different accident scene heading northbound. The Camry crossed the center lane and hit 48-year-old Agustin Santana of Sunnyside in a semi head on. The Camry rolled and the semi came to rest on the northbound shoulder and caught fire.
Mattawa man killed in Monday night Desert Aire crash
Troopers say Miguel A. Garcia-Maximino of Mattawa was headed north just after 7:30 p.m. Monday when his 1999 Toyota Camry crossed the center line on State Route 243 and struck a southbound 1997 International tractor-trailer driven by Agustin C. Santana, 48, of Sunnyside.
