Odessa man dies after crash near Moses Lake

The passenger in the pickup was transported to Samaritan Hospital where he is in serious, but stable condition.

Michael Walter, 56, from Odessa, was killed Friday morning after a crash near Moses Lake on North Frontage Road East when he failed to stop at Road N and was struck by a tractor trailer driven by James Rivera, 33. Walter was transported to Confluence Health-Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee where he was pronounced deceased.
