Emanuel G. Schaible, 87, and Robert J. Miller, 59, killed in crash on Interstate 90 near Moses Lake, Washington

Schaible was driving west in the inside, eastbound lane of I-90 when his Hyundai crossover vehicle collided with an eastbound Chevy cargo van driven by Miller at about 2:30 p.m., the WSP said.
