Fatal crash closes U.S. 195 north of Pullman

U.S. 195 between Pullman and Colfax is temporarily closed due to a fatal traffic collision involving a 30-passenger van and two cars, officials said tonight. 

One woman killed in three-vehicle crash near Pullman

A van driven by a 17-year-old male and carrying seven teenage passengers hit the Suburban, but no one in the van was injured in the collision.

An international van carrying eight teenagers struck the resting Suburban and continued through the scene, finally stopping on the southbound shoulder. 

Colfax woman killed in wreck near Pullman

The investigation continues. The crash, about 4 miles northwest of Pullman, closed the highway between Pullman and Colfax for several hours.

The crash happened just before 9 p.m. about 4 miles northwest of Pullman, the Washington State Patrol said. One person died, the WSP confirmed. The deceased person has been identified by WSP as Dina Williamson, age 28. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
