Motorcycle rider loses control, crashes in Spokane Valley

Washington State Patrol said one man was taken to the hospital on Monday night after he crashed his motorcycle on State Route 290.

Police believe that a 34-year-old man was riding a motorcycle north at a high rate of speed, when he failed to negotiate a turn to the east and crashed. The man was injured and taken to the hospital. Check back for updates on the identity of the victim.
