Drag racing woman causes Spokane crash

Spokane Police said they arrested a woman after she crashed into another car while drag racing.

Officers said two Cadillacs were racing on North Foothills Drive east of Division when one of them rammed into a Pathfinder Sunday afternoon. The woman driving the Pathfinder said she was only going about 5 miles per hour when the speeding Cadillac hit her car and forced her off the road. Police said the woman who caused the crash initially got out of her car and ran away, but officers caught up to her and arrested her. She was arrested for driving with a suspended license. Police said she also had two warrants out for her arrest.
