Semi-truck 'dangling' off Whatcom County bridge after rollover crash
It's unclear what caused the crash, but the semi rolled and ended up blocking all lanes of the traffic on the bridge, according Washington State Patrol Sgt. Mark Francis.
"The first trooper on scene said something about the semi dangling near or over the edge, so that will take some time to get that vehicle out of there," Francis said.
