A Bellingham woman was killed and her passenger was injured in a two-car crash this morning north of Bellingham. Inna Reva, 20, died at the scene of the accident, which occurred at about 10 a.m. at the intersection of Hannegan and Van Wyck roads. Her passenger, Leonid Shintar, 42, of Bellingham, was taken to PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center with injuries. He was not wearing a seat belt. The driver of the other car, a 27-year-old woman, was not injured. She was wearing a seat belt. She was driving north on Hannegan Road when Reva, who had stopped at a stop sign on Van Wyck Road, pulled out in front of her. Reva’s vehicle was hit on the driver’s side.
