Two Firefighters Killed While Responding To Vehicle Crash In Kanawha County

The firefighters were on their way to the accident on the turnpike Saturday evening when their truck flipped over. Five firefighers were on the truck during the accident.

Pratt Deputy Fire Chief Rod Johnson said Sunday that 46-year-old assistant fire chief Michael Edwards and 40-year-old Lt. Thomas Craigo died in Saturday's crash.

Funeral Arrangements Announced For One Of Two Pratt Firefighters Killed In Crash

The West Virginia Fire Marshal’s Office said visitation for Lt. Thomas “Tom” Craigo will take place 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, April 2, at Riverside High School. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, at Riverside High School.
