Daniel R. Boucher, 27, of Green Bay was charged in Brown County Circuit Court Monday with two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, one count each of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle and causing those deaths and injuries while having a revoked driver's license.

The charges stem from a crash Friday night that killed James C. Rush, 52, and Wendy L. Rush, 47. The couple from Hobart were parents of two high-school age children, Green Bay police said. The crash also injured Boucher's fiancee, Tera Mae Trepanier, 28.

The crash happened about 9:40 p.m. Friday at Packerland and Oakwood drives in Green Bay.
