Hit-and-run suspect returned to scene hours later
Green Bay police came across Zuniga late Wednesday morning while responding to reports that DeGrave’s disabled car had been spotted off the roadway of Interstate 43 near Greenbrier Road. At that point they had not located DeGrave's car and did not know he was dead.
