Man killed when truck collides with tractor

Investigators said a Chevrolet Silverado truck driven east on Highway 60 by James Stuettgen, 46, drifted over the center line and hit an International tractor traveling westbound. Deputies were called to Highway 60 east of County Road C in the town of Troy at 5:28 p.m. on a report of a truck and farm tractor crash. The tractor was driven by Dale Smith, 19, of Spring Green, and was pulling a chopper box.
