Bloomfield police say a preliminary investigation has revealed a 22-year-old Genoa City man was driving westbound on Highway 50 — attempting to turn left onto Eastside Road, and as he was making the turn, crossing over the eastbound lanes of Highway 50, his vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by the Twin Lakes man — headed eastbound on Highway 50.
