Racine County, Wisconsin, semi crash, explosion leaves 2 dead; NB lanes of I-94 reopen

Police said both semi drivers died. Of the three passenger vehicles, two drivers sustained serious injuries, including burns and broken bones, and were taken to local hospitals for treatment, police said. 

UPDATE: 2 people dead following I-94 crash, explosion

A semi was traveling southbound at 11 a.m. on Interstate 94 near 50th Road when its tires blew. The semi crashed into the barrier, which pushed it into the northbound lane.

Family members told FOX6 News Kenneth Rogers, 40, was driving one of the semis involved. Family members told FOX6 News Jeffrey Johnson was driving another semi involved.
