Two people killed in collision at 27th Street and North Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Police say the driver had lost control of his car while speeding in the bike lane -- a reckless driving trend that's become increasingly common on Milwaukee roads as a way to illegally get around slower traffic.
