MPD: Bicyclist killed in hit and run

Police believe the driver fled in a red Pontiac G6 with damage to the front end. They say the vehicle is missing a chrome grille trim.

Vigil to be held for man killed in hit-and-run near 35th and Wright

A vigil will be held Tuesday night, Jan. 28 for 53-year-old Anthony Barnes.  Barnes was struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash on Sunday, Jan. 26 as he rode a bicycle near 35th Street and Wright Street.

Records: Suspect in deadly hit-and-run should not have been driving

A check of Randle's driving history revealed he was charged in December 2019 with driving on a suspended license.
