A woman was killed Friday in a crash between a milk truck and a car in Dodge County, the sheriff's office said.

A woman was killed Friday in a crash between a milk truck and a car in Dodge County, the sheriff's office said.

The crash was reported shortly after 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of State Highway 60 and Lehman Road in the Township of Rubicon, according to a sheriff's office news release.

According to the release, the woman was a passenger in a Chrysler New Yorker traveling south on Lehman Road when the driver failed to yield the right of way to the milk truck, which was headed east on Highway 60.

The truck struck the passenger side of the car and the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver suffered injuries that were not life-threatening and the two occupants of the milk truck were not injured, according to the release.
