Woman dies in snowmobile crash in northern Wisconsin

A 55-year-old woman has died in a snowmobile crash in northern Wisconsin. WSAW-TV reports the initial investigation shows the snowmobile was crossing the lake when it struck the shoreline. The Price County Sheriff's Office says the crash was reported around 7 p.m. The name of the victim was not immediately released. She was pronounced dead at Flambeau Hospital in Park Falls.

Medford resident Jeanne A. Huml, age 55, died of injuries sustained in a single snowmobile crash on Solberg Lake east of Phillips the evening of Saturday, Jan. 30.
