Ryan Holzatfel, 26, of Cheyenne, and Justin Kinzler, 30, of Fargo, North Dakota, died when the Kia they were in collided with a tractor trailer in a construction zone 16 miles north of Wheatland.

The victims' car actually skidded into the southbound lanes before being struck by the truck. The semi-truck driver was not injured and not found to be at fault for the accident.
