I agree knowing our system though he will get a slap on the hand. It's ridicules. I'm sorry to the family and loved ones that lost a good man all because of a ignorant person needing to text!!! Senseless and so very sad!!

Hope he the driver gets charged with a appropriate sentenced and is charged with vehiclure homicide

We lost a family member the other day.... people that dont ride and all people need to be aware of all motorists. DO NOT tailgate! DO NOT ride "their asses!!" They have no protection over their bodies besides their helmet... be aware the next time you are behind a motorcycle, keep your distance. U might save a life and the heartbreak of our families....

The love of my life was riding the bike. He had a helmet on! The truck turned in front of him and now we are finding the phone records show the truck was fucking texting at the time of the accident. I swear if I see one more person try and blame Tim for the trucks negligence I will scream! Look twice... Wait your fucking turn.. Save a life and a family from this tragedy situation ... Ifly Tim January

The bike had the right of way. Just makes me want to stay inside when its finally sunny out, everybody has to come out at once... and by the way the truck was a Silverado I drove by the accident twice. Just another way the person who wrote this story doesn't know what their talking about

Tim is my cousin and I ride for a MC respect don't disrespect he died riding his bike the same way I want to go on my sled R I P

Once again, ignorant people say ignorant things about a assumption Do NOT say he was "probably speeding" those are not the facts, if they are prove it, then say it. Dont spread rumors about a man that cannot defend himself, that makes you and everybody that assumes that your words are fact very Ignorant! ! I have witnessed 2 of these type of accidents, non fatal, but just the same, the vehicles always just seem to go as they please, and cause these accidents, and then everybody wants to point there F***N fingers at the bikers for fault. It is almost a prejudice situation. I just hope the driver realizes THEY CAUSED THE DEATH OF A MAN, A FATHER, and someones fiancee who will NEVER see him again. RIP Tim, you will be missed and loved.

I have witnessed 2 similar incidents and both times the vehicle just turns in front of the motorcycle like they think the bike is further away or going slower than the vehicle driver thinks it is. Now Tim has been a close friend of mine for 20ish years, he has rode motorcycles for most of that time. He is very aware at all times his surroundings, so once again the motorist is the ignorant one, who doesnt pay proper attention to the motorcycle and killed my very good friend. I HOPE THEY REALIZE THAT IT IS THERE FAULT. people like to point there F***N fingers at bikers and say "there the ones that causes these accidents." Hope you sleep well.

Sorry for your loss, Annette -

His name was Tim January, you fucks.

This story is BS bet the Ford turned into the Bike!!! This story is typical! Watch for bikes please!!!
