Man in critical condition following crash on Argonne Road in Spokane, Washington

A 50-year-old man is in critical condition at a Spokane hospital after his car hit a wall under an overpass in Spokane Valley on Sunday night. Spokane County sheriff’s deputies suspect the man had been drinking. Deputies responded around 9 p.m. to the collision on Argonne Road just south of Trent Avenue. Witnesses said the man was driving south when his car jumped the center median and hit the wall underneath the train overpass on the east side of the road.
