Authorities identified the motorcyclist who died in a three-vehicle crash Monday as a Vancouver man. The initial investigation indicates that James Luden, 54, was riding a 2010 Harley Davidson motorcycle west on Padden Parkway and had stopped, waiting for a left turn signal onto southbound Northeast 94th Avenue about 4 p.m., according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office. A westbound 2010 Mitsubishi Galant struck Luden from behind, propelling him into a 1972 Ford pickup also stopped to turn left, according to the sheriff’s office. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Galant, Tanya Leffler, 34, of Amboy was treated for minor injuries at an area hospital before she was released. The driver of the pickup, Robert Kenck, 58, of Vancouver, was not injured. The sheriff's office did not indicate if Leffler was cited or arrested.
