Theodore Torres, 51, passed away Friday from injuries sustained after an unusual double hit-and-run Wednesday on Ramon Road in Cathedral City, California. Torres was struck by an SUV that failed to stay at the scene and offer assistance, then by an ambulance carrying another victim, and lastly, as investigators later found out, a dark colored sedan.
