Dayton, OHA woman, believed to be in her 50s, was struck by a motorcycle when she stepped into the street and into its path. The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet, but was fortunately not injured. Authorities do not believe he will be charged. No identities have been released yet. More information pending.

Lafayette, LATyrone Celestine was riding his bike on West Mills Avenue when he was hit by a Dodge truck and fatally injured. Celestine was ejected from his bicycle, and was not wearing a helmet; he died at a local hospital. The driver of the truc, 52-year-old Lawrence Sam, was intoxicated at the time of the crash and has been booked into St. Martin Parish Jail.

Amarillo, TXA motorcyclist who was critically injured after crashing his cycle in southwest Kansas has died. 36-year-old Bruno Olivas Jr. of Hugoton died over the weekend from injuries he received in the Friday crash in Elkhart. Olivas apparently lost control while traveling around a curve. He wasn't wearing a helmet.

Ft. Wayne, INAround 4:07 a.m., a crash was reported at the 900 block of Lower Huntington Road. Officers arrived to find the accident involved a single moped. The driver was unconscious and unresponsive. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was listed in critical condition. It appears the moped was traveling westbound on Lower Huntington Road when it left the road and hit the curb on the north side of the road. After hitting the curb, the driver lost control and struck a mailbox.

Johnstown-Altoona, PAA 4-year-old girl, identified as Tailynn Felker has died Monday night following an ATV crash in Summit Township, Pennsylvania. Three other children, including a 1-year-old, a 3-year-old, and a 9-year-old, were taken to Meyersdale Medical Center to treat injuries. The accident occured around 5:00 p.m. on October 27 when a 14-year-old girl was driving the ATV with the four young passengers when she lost control and rolled the vehicle near a railroad crossing on Scratch Hill Road. None of the children were wearing helmets.

Cincinnati, OHA 13-year-old Trent Myers, of Rising Sun, Indiana, died Sunday at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from injuries sustained in an ATV crash at Lake Geneva over the weekend. The other kids riding the machine during the crash sustained only minor injuries.

Jacksonville, FLA 62-year-old motorcyclist who was injured in a crash with a vehicle in Mandarin last month died Wednesday, November 5. Robert Ford and another person were riding a motorcycle on Old St. Augustine Road the afternoon of Oct. 25 when a vehicle crossed the northbound lanes of Old St. Augustine to make a left turn. The front of the vehicle struck the motorcycle, and the two riders were thrown from the vehicle. Ford died Wednesday from his injuries. Police said he was not wearing a helmet, but later information confirmed that he was.

Toledo, OHJason Ogrady, 34, of Fremont, and his passenger Tianna Graham, 30, also of Fremont, were riding on Port Clinton Road when Ogrady lost control of his vehicle and hit a mailbox and tree. Both Ogrady and Graham were thrown from the vehicle. Graham was flown to Mercy St. Vincent's Medical Center where she later died. Ogrady sustained only minor injuries and was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, operating a vehicle impaired, driving under suspension, operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement, and failure to control.

Oklahoma City, OKKenneth Igo Jr. was killed in a collision with a deer in southeast Oklahoma City Thursday and around 8:15 a.m. at SE 89 and Choctaw Road. He was not wearing a helmet and was found dead at the scene.

Salt Lake City, UTOne man has died following a motorcycle collision with a tree Thursday night in Kearns, Utah. The accident occured just after 6:30 p.m. on October 23 at 5706 S. Townbridge Way when the man was failed to negotiate a curve. The man was not wearing a helmet.
