Friday, June 5, 2015Around 1:20 p.m., a woman was attempting to take a left turn and pulled into the path of a truck driven by Raymond Burnett. Burnett's truck hit the car on the driver's side, and the impact of the collision forced the car into the enterance of Cleve Edmund’s Bar-B-Que. The woman, identified as 62-year-old Hilda Yvonne Choice, 62, was pronounced dead at the scene. She was considered at fault due to failure to yield right of way. The accident is still under investigation.

Friday, March 27, 2015Ulmas Ahmedov, 61, was killed Friday night after being hit by a vehicle on Morello Avenue. The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with authorities. Drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash and they have not yet determined in Ahmedov was in a crosswalk at the time.
