At around 1:00pm, Blevins was traveling southbound on State Highway 76 when she lost control, likely due to the snow and slush on the roadway, and rolled over off of the road, leaving her dead at the scene.

A train has struck and killed a pedestrian in northern Lawrence on Sunday afternoon. The train tracks and intersection were shut down for much of Sunday while police investigated. We'll update this story as more information becomes available.

A single vehicle rollover crash at approximately 6:00 PM on December 19th caused I-75 in Kawkawlin Township to be closed for most of the evening. It is unclear at this time how many people were in the car and what the extent of their injuries are, however it was reported that the Jaws of Life were used to extricate an occupant inthe vehicle. Robert Archuleta was driving eastbound on US 380 when he ran into the back of a semi-truck that was stopped in the wrong lane. Visibility was extermely poor at the time due to heavy fog. Archuleta has since been pronounced dead. Three other people riding in his vehicle were transported to a medical center in New Mexico; their conditions have not been released. The driver of the semi truck was not injured.

A woman who was with the man says he attempted to reach out and touch the train with his hand when he was struck and killed around 4 a.m. Wednesday in Colleton County near Yemassee. We'll update this story as more information becomes available.
