A man is recovering at Harborview Medical Center after he was hit by a vehicle Friday night on Interstate 405.  The crash occurred in the northbound lanes of I-405 around milepost 9 before 11 p.m.  A driver in a Dodge Intrepid pulled over on I-405. A passenger in the vehicle got out, ran across lanes into traffic and was struck by a Jeep Cherokee.  Crews took the man to the hospital. A woman died after her brother accidentally ran over her twice Friday morning on a Renton street. The horrific incident began at about 10:25 a.m. when police received a number of calls about a collision at Lake Washington Boulevard and Park Drive that also involved a pedestrian down on the pavement. Officers and medics found a woman on the street with critical injuries. She died about an hour later. An investigation found that a 77-year-old Issaquah man had been out on a drive with his sister who was visiting from Europe and was a passenger in the car.
