A 19-year-old Wisconsin man is dead after a single-vehicle crash on New Year’s Day. The St. Croix County Sheriff’s Office was called to the 1600 block of Highway A in Richmond, Wis., around 5:18 a.m. Wednesday. Officials say 19-year-old Taylor Casey of Hudson was driving southbound on the highway when he lost control of the Mercedes Benz SUV and went into a ditch, rolling the vehicle. Casey was partially ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene. The sheriff’s office says he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt at the time. His passenger, 19-year-old Antonio Bloomquist of Hudson, was not injured.

An Oklahoma City man died Wednesday afternoon in a crash on Interstate 40 in Caddo County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. About 5:10 p.m., Kevin Kizarr, 43, was driving west on I-40 when he went off the road at an exit about five miles north of Hinton. He drove up the embankment and the sport utility vehicle rolled, according to a patrol report. Kizarr died at the scene, troopers said. He was not wearing a seat belt.

A man has died after he lost control of his car in Greenville County Wednesday morning, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol troopers. The wreck happened at 4:45 a.m. on Fork Shoals Road near McKelvey Road, troopers said. The Greenville County coroner identified the man as 27-year-old Aaron Robert Carlberg of Simpsonville. The coroner said Carlberg was not wearing his seat belt when his car left the roadway and went up an embankment before hitting several trees. The vehicle overturned and Carlberg was partially ejected.

Two teenagers are fighting for their lives after a late night crash on New Year’s Eve. Three teens where in the car when it slammed into a tree on Gulf Road in Derry Tuesday night. Two of the passengers, 17-year-old Kyle Ross and 16-year-old Johanna Morse were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Thompson Upham-Davis, 16, walked away from the crash; police say he was the only one wearing a seatbelt. The people who live in the area say Gulf Road is a dangerous one. UPDATE; Kyle Ross died Wednesday from the injuries he suffered in this accident.

A Waynoka man died after his vehicle collided with a passing train Monday. Michael Linn Weber, 47, was killed about 5:05 p.m. Monday as he was driving south on County Road 480, a half mile east of County Road 470 in Woods County. He passed over railroad tracks at an unguarded crossing and was hit by an oncoming train that had 88 cars. Weber was ejected from his vehicle and died at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

A man was killed in Franklin County when his car went airborne in a crash on Route 30, according to state police. Pedro Ramirez Serrano, 30, of Fayetteville, was closely following another car "at a high rate of speed" around 5:35 p.m. Monday in the left westbound lane through Greene Township, according to state police news release. Ramierez Serrano tried to pass the car, but clipped the passenger-side rear bumper, according to state police. Ramirez Serrano's Nissan Rouge "went into the air and did a 180 degree turn," according to the news release.

A two-car crash in Hialeah left at least nine people injured early Sunday morning. The cars collided at East 8th Avenue and Okeechobee Road, officials said. "They were struck broadside it looks like and the vehicle rolled over. We're unsure, but apparently from what they're telling us, none of them were wearing seatbelts," said District Chief Stephen Leroux. Five rescue crews were on scene treating the inuries. Three victims were rushed to Ryder Trauma Center and the rest were taken to area hospitals where they are recovering.

A third person has died from injuries in a Dec. 21 head-on collision in Gardendale. Mickie Lynne Farmer, 33, was pronounced dead at 9:05 p.m. Friday, according to the Jefferson County Coroner's Office. She had been at UAB Hospital since the crash one week ago today. The accident happened at 7:06 p.m. on Old Highway 31 at Church Road. A 2002 Ford F-150 driving northbound crossed over the grassy median into oncoming traffic and struck a Chevrolet Lumina head on.

Two drivers were taken to Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon following a head-on collision Friday evening northwest of Burlington on Chuckanut Drive. Calvin H. Long, 54, of Everett was driving a Honda Civic on Highway 11 when he crossed the center line, colliding with a Chevy pickup truck. Bow resident David Crane, 61, was driving the pickup truck. The report shows Long was not wearing a seat belt. It is unknown if drugs or alcohol was involved. As population grows in Skagit County, Washington State, we are seeing more and more collisions, many of them serious or fatal.

A crash in Coeur d’Alene early Saturday killed a man from Rathdrum. Joshua T. Means, 39, was driving southbound on Lambert Lane in Coeur d’Alene at 12:18 a.m., according to a news release. Means lost control on the slushy and icy road, driving off the roadway and colliding with a tree. He was not wearing a seat belt. Means died as a result of his injuries.
