Cincinnati, OHOne person has died following a car crash in Whitewater Township, Ohio. The accident occured on Monday, October 27 when the driver of an SUV lost control on a curve on State Route 128 near 5255. The vehicle went off the road, into a creek bed, rolled, then caught fire. The driver died at the scene. The victim's identity is being withheld until a positive identification is made and the family is properly notified.

Hartford & New Haven, CTReed was hit by a car driven by Jackie Cunningham, 59, on Route 66 Monday night in Middlefield, Connecticut. The incident occured around 10:27 p.m. on October 27, 2014. Reed sustained injuries to lower extremities as well as suffered head trauma. Cunningham has been charged with DUI after failing a field sobriety test.

Washington, DCA woman has died in Prince George's County Monday morning after being hit by a car on Indian Head Highway, near Berry Road, in Accokeek, Maryland. The driver stayed at the scene to cooperate with police. The woman died at the scene; her name has not been released.

San Antonio, TXA pedestrian died Monday night after being hit by a car while illegally crossing the access road of I-10 near De Zavala Road in San Antonio, Texas. The accident occured on October 27, 2014 when the man crossed at a "do not cross" sign area and was sent 40 feet from the impact. The man died at the scene. Police ruled this death as accidental.
